Considering the COVID-19 global pandemic and restrictions placed on mass gatherings, face-to-face graduation ceremonies have had to be postponed till further notice.

The RMIT along with Reed Graduation Services, acknowledge the great efforts and dedication made by all students, family and friends in completing their studies, and although the usual graduation ceremonies can not go ahead right now, we believe the achievements gained must be recognised.

We welcome all eligible graduating students to book and attend a professional studio photography session. The Portrait Session will include time spent with our professional photographer. Our photographer will take a range of different shots and poses of the graduate by themselves as well as extra shots with family and friends. Please note: The session fee does not include any prints or digital images. Customers will purchase as required online after their session.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO NEXT :

  1. Select your preferred date
  2. Select ‘Book Now’
  3. Select a time slot that suits you and your guests
  4. Reserve a group booking (max. 4 guests + 1 graduate)
  5. Register contact details (COVID-19 Contact Tracing requirement)
  6. Ensure you arrive promptly to make the most of your allocated time

Please note:

Graduates will be asked to present official records/proof that they're eligible to graduate.

  • If you have graduated in 2020 [from January 2020 to October 2020] a Reeds official will need to sight the completion and/or graduation date [that appears on your academic statement e.g. transcript, testamur, VE Qual etc].
  • If you are expected to complete your program at the end of Semester 2, 2020 please advise the Reed official when your arrive to the studio.

Each time slot is restricted to a maximum of 5 participants and is allocated at a First-come-First-served basis. If a time slot is sold out, additional positions will not be made available. Each time slot is exactly 30 minutes in length. Within the selected time slot (30 minutes) graduates will be dressed in the appropriate Academic Dress and the studio session will be undertaken. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the time slot can not be extended, so please arrive promptly at the start of your time slot to make the most of your time. To change/cancel your booking, please advise us at least 48 hours prior to your booked session. Refunds for any change of mind or cancellations after this time will not be accepted.

Prints and digital images will be available online for purchase within 5 hours of your session concluding.
